| Birth control is a personal decision in which men and women take liberties in power and control of the other. Abortion by the Supreme Court is Federal Sponsored genocide disproportionately on the black community. As a State of North Carolina, we do not want to reward an irresponsible decision, that decision to have unprotected sexual intercourse resulting in a pregnancy. We want to, as a State, reward personal responsibility and if a Mother or a Father wants to take responsibility for raising that child, the State will support that responsible decision by designing a process of responsibility and renumeration. | |||
